Billing Summary Request

If you have not retained or do not otherwise have access to your prior AT&T landline bills, it may not be possible for you to determine if you were billed for Third-Party Charges you did not authorize. To assist you in completing a Claim Form at your request AT&T will provide you free of charge, as part of this Settlement, a Billing Summary showing each Third-Party charge (and credit, if any) that appeared on your AT&T landline bill through a Clearinghouse from January 1, 2005 through January 14, 2013 as identified from a search of reasonably available AT&T billing information. You can review this information to determine if any of the charges were unauthorized and use the Billing Summary to support your claim for a Settlement payment. Under the terms of the Settlement the deadline to request a free Billing Summary was December 2, 2013. The deadline has now passed.
